Upgrade from Starter to Pro
In short
Stripe handles the proration. Two options: immediate change (difference added to the next invoice) or at next renewal (no proration).
1 Where to change plans

Go to your Subscription area
Click your avatar in the top-right → "Subscription".

Click "Change plan"
Button next to your current plan.

Choose Pro or Premium

Confirm payment
Stripe Checkout — secure form.
2 When the change takes effect

- Pro features activate right away
- Proration is calculated
- Difference billed next month
- Ideal if you have an event coming up
📅 At renewal
- You stay on Starter until end of month
- No proration
- Pro starts on the 1st of next month
- Simpler for accounting
3 What gets unlocked
- White-label (BingoShow logo removed).
- Full colours, logo, background image.
- 3 bingos, 10 sessions, 200 prizes, 30 sponsors.
- Broadcast on 10 simultaneous screens.
- CSV import for prizes.
