White-label: in your company's colors

The Premium plan unlocks full white-label: company logo on the room screen, custom colors (imported Hex palette), corporate-colored cards with logo at the top, custom sub-domain access URL on request.

Use cases: a Sanofi kickoff with a Sanofi-colored screen, a brand wedding (cobranding) after an acquisition, a BNP Paribas client event. White-label removes “BingoShow” from anything visible to attendees.

Multi-room sync (international, multi-site)

A unique Premium feature: your bingo can be projected at the same time in several remote rooms, with the same real-time draw. Typical case: a global kickoff with Paris (250 people) + New York (180) + Singapore (90) playing the same round. WebSocket architecture with regional servers for sub-200 ms latency.

Can BingoShow be customized to our brand?
Yes, on the Premium plan: full white-label — your logo, colors, typography. The room screen, cards and emails are in the company's colors. No BingoShow branding visible.
Can we play in person and remotely at the same time?
Yes. The room screen opens in plenary, and remote attendees open their card in their browser (personal link). The draw is synced in real time — one draw, multiple rooms + remote.
How long does setup take?
For a standard seminar: 1 day of prep (templates, branding, prizes). On the day: 30 minutes to set up the screen, and you're off. For large events (>500 attendees), plan 2–3 weeks with our support.
Quotes, invoices, public procurement?
Yes: custom quotes, invoices to the company (registration number, VAT), 30-day wire payment available. Contact support for public procurement or specific needs (DPA, security audit).
How many attendees does BingoShow handle?
On the Premium plan: unlimited. We've hosted 800+ attendees in plenary with no performance issue. Real-time draw for everyone.
What about privacy and GDPR?
100% hosted in France, no attendee data required (cards are identified by number). We provide a DPA on request. Details on our privacy page.
