1. Purpose of the service

BingoShow is a SaaS platform for organising and hosting live, multi-player bingo games, with sponsor and prize management and printable card generation. The Service is intended for professional or non-profit use (event entertainment, charity nights, corporate events).

2. Sign-up & account

• Signing up is free. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for any activity carried out under your account.
• The account is strictly personal. To share hosting with someone else, use the "Co-host" feature or session share links.
• Users must be of legal age (18 or older) or represent a legal entity.

3. Subscription & payment

• Access to premium features requires a monthly or yearly subscription, payable in advance through Stripe.
• A free trial period may be offered. No payment is taken during the trial. You can cancel at no cost before it ends.
• Current prices are listed on the Pricing page. Any change applies to new subscribers only; existing subscribers keep their price for the current year.
• Tax regime : Because DIGITAL TRUFFLE is a non-profit association, it benefits from the French VAT base exemption. TVA non applicable — article 293 B du CGI — displayed prices are net of any tax, with no VAT collected or recoverable. Issued invoices state this exemption.
• Under article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the customer expressly waives the right of withdrawal as soon as they actively use the Service (creating a session, hosting a live game). Started subscriptions are not refunded pro rata, except for a major outage attributable to the publisher.

4. Termination

• By you : from the Subscription tab in your account area, in one click, with no notice. Access stays active until the end of the current period, and no renewal will be charged.
• By us : in the event of serious breach (fraudulent use, non-payment, harm to others), after written notice and a reasonable period to remedy.
• Full account deletion (and all associated data) takes effect within 30 days of your request, except for data we must retain by law (accounting records).

5. Intellectual property

The Service (interface, code, design, brand) is our exclusive property or that of our rights holders. Any unauthorised reproduction, modification or use is prohibited.

Your content (prizes, sponsors, uploaded images, logos) remains your property. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence, limited to the duration of your subscription, to host and display it as part of the Service. You guarantee that you hold the rights needed to distribute it.

6. Prohibited uses

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Running unlicensed gambling or betting (French Act of 12 May 2010).
• Uploading illegal content (hateful, defamatory, infringing).
• Any attempt at unauthorised access, mass scraping, denial of service, or malicious injection.
• Using the Service for spam or phishing.
• Unauthorised resale of access to the Service.

7. Availability & liability

We commit to providing the Service with due care (target: ≥ 99.5% monthly uptime excluding planned maintenance announced 48 hours in advance). The Service is nonetheless provided "as is", with no guarantee of complete freedom from interruption or error.

Our liability is limited to direct damages, capped at the amounts effectively paid by the customer during the 12 months preceding the triggering event. Excluded are: loss of opportunity, loss of business, and reputational damage.

8. Personal data

Processing of your personal data is governed by our privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Any substantial change will be notified by e-mail at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the new terms. Otherwise, you can cancel at no cost.

10. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, after first trying to resolve it amicably by writing to hello@mybingoshow.com, jurisdiction lies with the French courts of the publisher's registered office. Consumers may also use the European online dispute resolution platform free of charge: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
