2 Set SIRET and legal name
For a charity or company, invoices must carry your legal identity. Set it once and for all:
Where
Profile → Billing information → SIRET, legal name, address. All future PDFs will use them.
3 For accounting
Invoices may be deductible if your charity or company is eligible. Check with your accountant.
Did you know?
If your legal name changes mid-subscription (a new association president, say), only future invoices carry the new name. Past ones stay as they were, by law.
