Add a prize with photo and value

Prizes tab in the editor → Add button. Fill in name, value, photo and linked sponsor. Three minutes per prize, no more.

Assign several prizes to the same turn

Want to give 3 prizes at the quine and 1 at the full card? You can: drop several prizes into a turn's list and they'll be announced in order.

Reorder my prizes in the session

Drag and drop prizes in the editor. The order drives the announcement sequence and the turn assignment. Auto-saves.

Mark a prize as awarded during the session

When a winner is validated, the prize automatically flips to "awarded". You can also do it manually in one click.

Add a sponsor with logo

Your partners deserve the spotlight. Sponsors tab → Add. Name, logo, website, prizes contributed — everything is configurable.

Configure the permanent sponsor ribbon

Every sponsor with a logo appears in the room-screen bottom ribbon, rotating every 8 seconds. Detailed settings here.

Import a list of prizes via CSV

Got 50 prizes to enter? A well-formatted Excel or Google Sheets file saves you an hour. Here's the exact format.

Sponsored prize vs. purchased prize

A "sponsored" prize is linked to a sponsor (shown as "contributed by X" on screen). A "purchased" prize, bought by the association, stays neutral.

Prize and sponsor quotas by plan
