Create your first bingo session in 3 minutes
In short
Three essential steps to run a successful bingo: create the bingo, print the cards, start the live game. Under 5 minutes the first time — promise, it's simple.
Welcome! If it's your first time on BingoShow, you're in the right place. No need to be tech-savvy: everything is built for volunteers, teachers and community-hall hosts. We'll walk through it together, step by step.
1 Before you start
You don't need much: a computer or tablet, a printer for the cards, and a screen (TV, projector) for the room. That's it.
Our tip
Run a quick dress rehearsal the day before with two or three friends. It catches the small details (mic volume, screen height, card layout) before the pressure hits.
2 Step 1 — Create the bingo
1
Click "New session"
Orange button in the top-right of your dashboard. You land on a guided wizard.
2
Pick the variant
90-ball bingo (the classic French loto) in 80% of cases. 75-ball for an American vibe, faster pace.
3
Name the session
For example: "School loto — Saturday June 5". This name shows up on the printed cards and on the room screen.
Did you know?
You can create several sessions in advance and even schedule them for different dates. Perfect if you run a monthly loto.
3 Step 2 — Print the cards
This is when you start seeing it come together. Head to the "Cards" tab of your session.
- Choose the number of cards (from 12 to 600).
- Pick the layout (1, 2, 4 or 6 per A4 sheet).
- Click "Generate the PDF".
- Download and start printing.

Practical tip
Print 15 to 20% more cards than you think you need. There's always a latecomer or a curious guest who wants to join at the last minute.
4 Step 3 — Start the draw
The big moment. Open your session's live console — and, on the day, click "Go live". Two windows will keep you company all evening:
The console (for you)
- "Draw a number" button
- Full draw history
- Winning-card verification
- Pause, cancel, undo
The room screen (for the audience)
- The drawn number in LARGE
- The grid of 90 numbers
- The prizes to win
- Sponsor logos
Good to know: You can project the room screen onto any TV, projector or even Apple TV. The "Broadcast" guide covers every method.
5 And after?
Once the session is over, BingoShow keeps everything in memory: numbers drawn, winners, prizes awarded. You can download a PDF recap for your accounts or your AGM report.
