What equipment do you need to run a bingo?

In short
The strict minimum fits in three things: a computer, a screen for the room, printed cards. We detail the "comfort" and "pro" extras too.

1 The strict minimum

With these three items your bingo will go just fine:

  • A laptop or tablet with a recent browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox — pick one).
  • A large screen: TV, projector, or Chromecast / Apple TV dongle.
  • Printed cards (PDF generated by BingoShow).

2 Ideal comfort setup

If you want to host like a pro:

  • A sound system for announcements (a Bluetooth speaker does the job).
  • A wireless microphone for the host.
  • A 5m HDMI cable as a safety net (in case the Wi-Fi falters).
  • A secondary tablet for winning-card verification.

3 For pros

Professional hosts, dedicated venues, high-budget events:

  • Two large screens (one on each side of the room).
  • Premium plan for premium voice synthesis + multi-screen.
  • Apple TV for smooth wireless broadcast.
  • A Wi-Fi router dedicated to the event (not the public Wi-Fi).
Did you know?
The HDMI cable remains the most reliable method. It's what we recommend when the venue's Wi-Fi is uncertain (gymnasium, town hall).
