Host with multiple people at once

In short
Several co-hosts can open the console at the same time. They all see the same state in real time. Here's how to divide the roles.

1 Simultaneous connections

No limit: 2, 3, 5 co-hosts can be connected to the same console at the same time. Everyone sees the same information, updated to the millisecond.

2 Role split

Our recommendation for a big session:

1
🎤 Lead host
Holds the mic, calls the numbers, sets the pace. On stage or on the riser.
2
🖱️ Console operator
Clicks "Draw" when the host asks, handles pause / cancel. Beside the console, in the background.
3
✅ Verifier
Collects winning cards, scans the QR, validates. At the checkout or counter.
4
🎁 Prize manager
Fetches the prize from the back room, hands it to the winner. Mic in hand for sponsor mentions.

3 Pitfalls to avoid

Avoid double clicks: if two hosts click "Draw" at the same time, the second click is ignored server-side. But it causes confusion. Agree in advance on a single operator for draws.
💡
The 30-minute briefing
Gather your team 30 minutes before doors open. Walk through the roles, do a practice draw, and agree on your signals (e.g. "finger up = pause").
