D-7 checklist: be ready calmly on the big day

In short
The checklist we wish we'd had for our very first loto: what to do 7 days, 2 days and 2 hours before the event.

A bingo that goes well is 80% prep and 20% hosting. Here's the timeline our most seasoned customers use — adapt it to your event.

1 D-7 — One week before

  • Generate and print the cards (+20% margin).
  • Photograph the prizes and enter their values.
  • Ask sponsors for their logos and upload them.
  • Invite co-hosts with their personal links.
  • Test the room screen on the club TV.

2 D-2 — Day before

  • Print the host briefing from the editor.
  • Prepare the cash box and ticket stubs.
  • Check the Wi-Fi quality on site (ideally, plan a 4G hotspot as backup).
  • Test the projection in real conditions.
💡
The dress rehearsal
Run a real 10-number session the day before with two friends. Lets you spot what really doesn't work, in calm conditions.

3 D-Day — 2 hours before

  1. Plug in the projector or TV.
  2. Open the room screen on the projection display.
  3. Open the host console on your computer.
  4. Lay out the cards at the cash desk, ready to hand out.
  5. Test the microphone and announcement volume.

4 During the session

Did you know?
If your Wi-Fi cuts out, everything is saved server-side. Reload the page and resume exactly where you were. No panic needed.
